Ben Alper

Bio: Ben Alper is an artist, photographer and publisher based in Carrboro, North Carolina. His work has been exhibited and published both nationally and internationally. Since 2015, he has released six artist books. Adri, A Series of Occurrences, Compound Fractures and Hands On were all released under his imprint Flat Space Books; More recently, Hiding In Plain Sight - a collaborative project with Stanely Wolukau-Wanambwa - was published by the Harun Farocki Institut as part of their pamphlet series.
Ben is also 1⁄2 of Sleeper Studio and the co-founder of A New Nothing, an online project dedicated to hosting visual conversations between artists.
